Amanda Carpo

Tax Services Consultant

Ms. Amanda Carpo is the Tax Services Consultant of AHC Certified Public Accountants Limited Co. As a seasoned tax lawyer, her main areas of competence include providing legal and tax advice to local and foreign clientele, particularly those seeking assistance on market entry into the Philippines.

Ms. Carpo concurrently is the President of Kittelson & Carpo Consulting and the Managing Partner of Carpo Law & Associates. Her other areas of competence include business incorporation, real estate law, taxation, outsourcing/offshoring (IT-BPO), and PEZA & BOI. Along with Gregory Kittelson and Michael McCullough, she is the co-founder of KMC Savills and KMC Solutions, the country’s leading flexible office provider.

Prior to joining AHC and founding the above-mentioned entities, she was a former senior tax consultant lawyer for PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC) Manila. Much of Ms. Carpo’s work experience is in international business transactions and Philippines inbound investment. She was also involved in Knowledge Management for PWC where she was directly responsible for updates on the latest laws, jurisprudence, and issuances by the Bureau of Internal Revenue and Department of Finance and assisted with technical training sessions.

Ms. Carpo obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo De Manila University – School of Law and earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of the Philippines.
