Fast-track Your Business Permit Renewal in the Philippines for 2022 With Us

Under Philippine laws, all enterprises, from large corporations to micro, small, medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), must renew their business permits within the period of January 1st and 20th of each year with the local government unit (LGU) which has jurisdiction over its place of business.

Enterprises who fail to file for renewal within the said dates will be subject to 25% surcharge on renewal fees with an additional 2% interest per month of delay. Moreover, your business may be subject for suspension upon failure of the renewal of business permits.

Let us help you ensure full compliance with existing Philippine laws
