The Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law or TRAIN Law (R.A. 10963)

President Rodrigo Duterte signed into law the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law or Train Law last December 19, 2017. TRAIN Law or R.A. 10963 is the first package from the Comprehensive Tax Reform Package (CTRP) of the Duterte Administration. It was implemented in January 1, 2018 .
